The organizing Committee
- is different for each Summit
- is responsible for the coordination of all activities (conferences, expositions, tours/social program, pre-conference workshop, etc,...)
- is allowed to call a PCO to help him/her
- may have a specific Summit organization secretary at its disposal
- can use the newsletter followers list
- includes persons recognized for their skills
